Working with Chance and Charity has been wonderful. Their ideas for our house were spot on. Our roof was redone along with removing two skylights. The wood siding and trim was replaced along with new windows being installed. All decking was replaced with TrEx. Motion sensing lights were placed on each stair. A new bedroom and bath were added and it was done beautifully. We are very pleased with everything that was done and we are so proud of our home!

Charity and Chance went above and beyond! We had other roofers tell us our insurance wouldn’t cover a new roof. Charity and Chance spent a great amount of time on our roof taking pictures and detailing issues. Their crews were kind and hard working and cleaned up extremely well. We had an excellent experience with C&C Roofing and Construction from start to finish. They completed both our new front porch addition and new roof, and we couldnt be happier with the results. Charity and Chance made a thorough inspection of my home and detached garage roofs inside and out. After discussions about my intermittent leaks, they found a couple of issues. We decided on a plan to replace the roof, replace the ridge vent with solar powered vent fans, replace the chimney cap, add some additional roof vents on the house. Their crew did a great job of protecting the plants around the house and helped to move larger potted plants. Their crew was professional, and they were constantly cleaning up as the work progressed. The roofs looked great when the work was complete. Charity, Chance and their crew were great to work with. I would highly recommend this team for any roof, or construction repairs.

We chose C & C roofing for our complete roof replacement. We also had the siding removed/replaced, a paint job for our house and garage. After hurricane Beryl Charity and Chance were immediately in our neighborhood to try and help. They made my wife feel totally at ease rather than feeling pressured and getting taken advantage of from the other companies that also came by that day. In a time of uncertainty charity made my wife feel totally comfortable and helped in ways I do not think many(if any) companies do. The install of the new roof was nothing short of complete professionalism and was done with minimal inconvenience to us. Even in spite of challenging weather the roof was completed in 4 days. After watching many of my neighbors roof replacement take up to a week in perfect weather, I can confidently say that Charity and Chance run a superb crew and process. The quality of the inside painting was excellent and the care their crew took to guard against a mess was impressive. If you want something done the right way and with care then Charity and Chance have to be at the top of your list. You can trust them.

This company/family/team came in and gave me a great price. I had five plus other bids and they were honest and had a solid clear plan and executed flawlessly. I chose them because they listened to my concerns, took the time to understand my roof's issues (and there were plenty: joists were failing), educated me on the shingles they use and were great communicators about timing and schedule. Not a negative but they are perfectionist, they won't leave until you're satisfied. Super clean, never found any debris or nails in my yard. I can't recommend them enough!

Recently, we contracted with C&C Roofing to replace our roof. Our overall experience was outstanding. We were given addresses of previous clients so that we might view some of the different roofs and make a selection. We have a pool and gardens. The crew took great care in covering these areas. It was a very windy day, yet when the pool protection tarp was removed, the pool was clean. The crew came on the day selected, and they were efficient and affable. They worked diligently the entire day and the roof was completed in one day. Our roof is steep with many peaks and valleys that had to be navigated by the workers. We were glad to see the owners periodically checked on the progress, and even climbed on the roof themselves to inspect the proceedings. The roof looks very nice, and we are very happy with the final job. We were extremely impressed with the meticulous clean-up the following day. It was thorough, and the crew moved all items, including a plethora of potted plants, back to the original positions. We were pleasantly surprised when the owners sent drone photos that showed hearts, which had been cut out of roofing material, had been placed at the highest peak. This shows great care and pride in a job well-done. This company is family-owned and local, which for us, was important. If you need a new roof, we highly recommend C&C Roofing.

Had a difficult TWIA claim. C&C Roofing was great about helping work through the process and giving advice. Eventually, TWIA paid the claim correctly. New roof looks great. Solid work. Also has a good gutter person that completed that post of the claim.

Charity and Chance are a dream to work with. We had a tree land in our house during Beryl and our tree guy recommended Charity. She was out as soon as the tree came off the house. Charity oversees her projects from start to finish. From the initial meeting with the insurance adjuster, to going over the scope of loss , to walking the jobs before , during and after . The job site was kept very clean . They did a full roof replacement, siding repair ,wood rot repairs and painted all the siding and trim to really elevate the new roof . C&C really helped us out after a previous roofing company cut corners on a roof replacement. C&C identified the cause of our issues and ordered the necessary components to properly repair our skylight.

I was very impressed with Chance and Charity's professionalism, knowledge about roofing, and attention to detail. They did a little creative problem solving on the spot to stop our leaks. Then they replaced the entire roof at a later time. They were there checking on the crew throughout the day and I have to say the crew did a great job. They left virtually no mess which was amazing when you consider how much mess is generated from replacing the roof. After it was done they both came out to inspect the work and were pickier than I was about every little detail which got fixed. They did such a great job we're having them do some other things to our roofing related to the gutters. It really makes a difference to deal with a local family-owned business. With all of the roofing companies in our area, and after several quotes, we decided to use C & C due to their in depth knowledge and explanation about the entire process, especially with working with our insurance company. When our scheduled date came, it was just after Hurricane Beryl. She never put anyone in front of us, even though they had a ton of emergency patch jobs and roof jobs that needed to be tended to! But they have amazing crews and they came in and knocked out the roof in one day, it was like magic! Definitely changed the whole character of our home for the better! Thank you for being so thorough and hanging in there with us, as we realize our situation took some time. But we got it done and we are so thankful and happy!!!

Charity and Chase did a phenomenal job on our roof alongside the siding on our house, gutters, and paint. We needed a lot of work done and they did an excellent and time efficient job! We had two roofers accidentally go through our ceiling (which happens, especially with our house having narrow rafter beams) and the next day they had it completely fixed and cleaned. We will be using them for all our projects from now on!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Chance and Charity from C&C roofing. My roof desperately needed a repair. There were large holes where branches had fallen into the roof and water was damaging the soffit below. I was not aware of the extent of the damage, nor was certain how much of the roof insurance would cover. Chance and Charity got on my roof, took pictures, and walked my family through the process with insurance. They made certain we received a new roof with a full claim. Chance and Charity had a positive reputation with the adjuster, which certainly smoothed the process, and were extremely patient with delays in depositing the insurance checks. Further, they completed the roof repairs in a single day, which was excellent. The only caveat to an absolutely seamless experience was some opacity on how much we would need to pay out of pocket on top of the deductible. We believe C&C did their best to reduce that amount, but there were some additional expenses we were uncertain of until they took off the shingles and assessed the damages. At that point of the process, we had limited ability to negotiate the extra cost, and the work was completed before we knew the amount. We suppose that is simply part of the roofing industry. Thanks for the beautiful roof!

I had NO leaks yet when replacing my roof there were two holes they found from water damage under my shingles. It could have been bad if I waited any longer.
