Charity and Chance (and the whole team) provided excellent service at a fair price. They replaced our whole roof, and even dealt with TWIA Insurance to minimize my out of pocket expenses. We were so pleased with their work we had them repair a wall and cabinets that were damaged due to a leaky wall pipe.

Had a difficult TWIA claim. C&C Roofing was great about helping work through the process and giving advice. Eventually, TWIA paid the claim correctly. New roof looks great. Solid work. Also has a good gutter person that completed that post of the claim.

When Beryl hit, it took my roof causing damage inside and out, as well as destroying my fence. I am beyond grateful for seeking out assistance from Charity and Chance. From day 1, we sat down and went over how to file a claim and what the scope of loss would be, to then dealing with the insurance company for me, they were always available via phone or text. Charity oversees her projects from start to finish. From the initial meeting with the insurance adjuster, to going over the scope of loss , to walking the jobs before , during and after . The job site was kept very clean . They did a full roof replacement, siding repair ,wood rot repairs and painted all the siding and trim to really elevate the new roof . It looks like a whole new house now ! 10/10 recommend , Charity will not steer you wrong .

I love C&C Roofing and Construction. A good friend referred me to them when I needed a new roof. Very happy with the new roof and now planning on painting the house and have some maintenance issues they are addressing. Worked with my insurance made the process go smoothly. Can’t say enough about Charity and Chance, very professional and definitely will use them in my future house needs. Highly recommend ❤️ They have completed all my issues inside, I have to give out a shout to Junior and his assistant they not only fixed all issues above expectations, but made sure I could use my Kitchen even though this is the main area they were working on. Will definitely use them in future.

Charity and Chance are a dream to work with. We had a tree land in our house during Beryl and our tree guy recommended Charity. She was out as soon as the tree came off the house. She stuck with us through all the insurance drama and has not given up on us as we’re still fighting. We now have a beautiful new roof as well as the structure of our home is now safe and secure. Their team was very neat. They spent a good hour just prepping my house, covering windows, covering or moving plants, covering walk ways. The team worked so hard and got it all done in a day. As they found issues with my house, they addressed them for us and did it right. They did not cut corners which is so hard to find with contractors. We have plenty of projects we look to do to improve our home in the future and I can’t imagine using anyone but Charity and Chance. They are awesome!

We are very pleased with the work done by Charity, Chance and their crew from C&C Roofing. Charity worked with us through life’s twists and turns and mediation with our insurance company. It was a three year process but when it was time to go to work the whole team was professional from beginning to end. I heard about C&C Roofing from a friend and decided to give Charity a call to see if she could help with our roof and give us an estimate. She responded quickly and she came the next day. She did her inspection and said she could work with insurance to help pay for it. She's very knowledgeable and knew some of our insurance people by name. Everything got approved and work started very quickly.
She informed me how everything would work with insurance payments and kept us up to date during the process. Her team finished in about 11 hours and the work was fantastic. We were very pleased with the work. She went above and beyond for us. If you're looking for professional work, look no further. Charity and her crew are the best!!!
